Assets will be delivered with light retouching by agreed upon due date with an invoice to follow. If products are on loan, we will ask for a prepaid shipping label so we can return everything at the end of the project.

STEP #6: ASSET DELIVERY & RETURN

After feedback, samples must be sent. We will begin organizing for the shoot, securing any props, models & locations, and reviewing samples on arrival. We will keep you updated as the shoot progresses.

STEP #5: PREPARATION & SHOOT

We review the deck with the brand prior to any photography as we don't include reshoots in our pricing. As a result, this step is absolutely crucial. Feedback must be communicated at this stage only.

STEP #4: PRE-REVIEW

We then develop a game plan for the shoot, organized in a digital creative deck that will clearly list our suggestions for each product feature. This will incorporate photos of sourced props, styling ideas, backdrop selects & if applicable: sourced locations & models.

STEP #3: CREATIVE DECK

Either in the discussion or shortly after, the brand must present imagery of samples they’d like featured, ideal shot list, brand context & any other guidelines to follow (ie. what to avoid). An agreement or contract must be signed before Step #3.

STEP #2: BRAND PRESENTATION

We’ve found the most success with our partners through a collaborative stage of discussing project goals, aligning on timeframe & ideating ways on how to bring a product to life. This can be a phone call or email for smaller projects.
